If you order was received warm using our cooler box method of shipping, BuyNJPorkroll will offer to return the entire purchase price to you. This guarantee is only available for those customers who purchased the cooler box shipping method. No refunds are offered or will be given for warm product using the foil bag method of shipping. Additionally BuyNJPorkroll reserves the right to pick up at our expense said order before the refund is given.
