| - Only Thomas English Muffins and Taylor Ham will do. |

| Begin by frying some onions in butter. Cut the desired number of Taylor Ham slices, making four small cuts around the edges to avoid curling of the meat. Add the Taylor Ham to the pan. Toast the muffins, and add cheese (cheddar works well) to each slice. Serve! |
